Cancellation Policy

A NONREFUNDABLE Reservation deposit equal to a minimum of $200 or ten percent (10%) of all Rent whichever is greater, plus Travel Insurance (if purchased), plus Guest Service Fee and all applicable taxes must be paid to reserve the Property.

Payment must be on a valid credit card, Visa and MasterCard accepted.

The balance of your reservation is required to be paid in full at least sixty (60) days prior to your arrival. 

If you find yourself in the unfortunate position that you need to cancel your reservation between 30-60 days prior to arrival, Compass Vacation Rentals will make every effort to rebook the property and if successful, you will receive a 50% refund. If Compass Vacation Rentals is unable to rebook the property, there will be no refund.

There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. There will be no refunds for early departures, pool closures, exterior construction, interior maintenance or repairs or inclement weather, including hurricanes.

Travel insurance can be purchased starting at 7% of your total rental and is highly recommended for all reservations, especially on monthly rentals. To learn more about the travel insurance Programs offered, please visit this page Travel Insurance.
